Turning Point Trust is a mental health recovery centre offering a range of positive activities and vocational services for people living with mental illness. We provide an environment where tangata whai ora/people with an experience of mental illness feel supported and can develop meaningful relationships, working towards reintegration into their communities. Turning Point currently offers both structured programmes at the Village in 17th Avenue West, Tauranga and an informal drop in service at Greerton.
We are governed by a Trust Board. Current Trustees are:

Our Mission:
To improve the quality of life for people with experience of mental illness by providing a range of excellent services which are highly valued by tangata whai ora/service users, their families, whanau and other mental health agencies.
Consumer Participation:
Turning Point values consumer input into every facet of the organisation. This means creating opportunities for involvement by tangata whai ora/service users within the governance, the management and the service delivery sectors of the organisation as well as the planning and implementation of services.
